Greco Xpress, Florenceville - St George

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I waited for 25 minutes for my Donair, which arrived lukewarm and overly drenched in sauce. One of the staff members was only wearing one glove on her right hand while handling everything else with her bare hand, which I found quite unappetizing. To make matters worse, she was rude, making me feel unwelcome. I won't be coming back.

The staff appeared to be quite disorganized and struggled with managing their time effectively. I placed my order at 2 PM, with the expectation that it would take around 25 minutes. However, when I returned at 2:30, they hadn't even begun preparing my order. I observed one employee starting a task but then leaving it incomplete, while another briefly took over before also walking away. This happened three or four times during my 10-minute wait, clearly indicating that my order had not been started at all. It was frustrating to see such inefficiency, even as I made an effort to remain courteous. For $62.00, I expected a lot more than just a party pizza and a 12-inch garlic finger. I was genuinely disappointed by the subpar service and high prices.

We ordered a party pizza from Greco for my great-niece's birthday party yesterday, and I was quite disappointed. The crust was over 2 inches thick around the edges, and there were very few toppings. It certainly didn’t meet our expectations.
