Huhot Mongolian Grill - St. George

The food here was amazing! I really loved the concept of selecting ingredients myself to be grilled by the chefs in front of me. With such a wide selection of ingredients and sauces, it's easy to find something you'll enjoy. Since it's an all you can eat buffet, you can try multiple combinations and try many sauces. This was the best restaurant we visited while touring the Southwest, and I would highly recommend it!

If you have never tried Mongolian BBQ, you really should give this place a try. You have a buffet style arrangement where you choose all of your favorite ingredients. Then you add some sauces. Then you hand it all over to the people on the grill. They make sure it gets cooked to perfection, and then they hand it back to you. Simply delicious and healthy. I have a gluten allergy and have eaten here many times without any issue. We came during lunch time and we definitely beat the rush. This place is a Mongolian all you can eat. You pretty much choose what you want and then chefs will cook it for you. They have an aisle for noodles/meats, vegetables, and then sauces. There’s even a sign for specific sauces you can make, if you want! I totally forgot to grab pictures of the restaurant itself but here’s a pic of my food! Their service was good, the waitress tended to us.

We really love HuHot and the concept, it's reasonably priced for an all you can eat and has gluten free and other dietary options. It's often dirty however, and the bathrooms are pretty scary. Otherwise it is a great place.
