Blas Burgerworks - St. Ives

I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for years, but we haven't been able to come since Covid. I am happy to say that Blas still serves the best burgers in the world. We will always be Blas' biggest fans! My boyfriend and I have already booked to come again this weekend because it's just THAT good!

This is the best burger restaurant I have come across. They use locally sourced, ethically fresh ingredients that are cooked perfectly. The main dishes are hearty and always feature new and surprising taste combinations. The seating area is small and rustic, with recycled furniture creating a casual and enjoyable atmosphere. The burgers are gourmet but not overly fancy or pretentious. The desserts are simple yet delicious. This place gets busy during holidays so it's best to make a reservation in advance. It's definitely worth it.

We were fortunate to secure a last-minute table at 5pm after calling at 4pm. Despite years of trying, we had never been able to get a table at this lovely intimate restaurant in St Ives. The atmosphere had a bit of an open kitchen vibe, and while we went for the burgers, the rotisserie chicken was exceptional, as was the gravy. Onto the main event, the burgers. I had the Chimi Choz and my son had the Truffle. The beef patty was cooked perfectly, the brioche bun was fresh and crunchy, and all the toppings, such as chorizo, chimi churi aioli, mushrooms, blue cheese, spinach, and truffle mayo, were delicious. The skin-on fries were tasty, although we wished there were more of them. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. BLAS is the place to go for a burger - don't bother looking elsewhere!

Absolutely the best burgers anywhere, lovely decor, great soundtrack and really friendly and efficient service, can't wait for the next trip to St Ives to return to Blas again

As someone who can have only small portions, what a refreshing and thoughtful experience to have been offered any of the burgers in a smaller size! Great service. Love the fact that prices of the burgers include chips too. Such good value for money and really tasty food.
