Silco Searoom - St Ives

I celebrated my birthday with my lovely wife at this restaurant, and I was unsure about what to order from the menu at first. Initially, it seemed like pretentious nonsense, but trust me, this place is fantastic. I wish I could give it more stars. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone traveling to St. Ives.

We had dinner at this restaurant on one of our first nights in St. Ives, and it set a high standard right away. The menu offered many fantastic options. We chose to share a few dishes, and we were not disappointed! The scallops were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the crab-topped potatoes! The cocktails were also great. Although it rained during our visit, I can imagine that dining outside on a warm evening, with a view of the harbor, would be wonderful. This place is a must-visit in St. Ives!

We visited a night ago for drinks and found it to be a fantastic, relaxing spot by the harbor! Although we didn't eat, the food looked incredibly delicious.

Really delicious food (the topped chips are amazing! and fancy cocktails (marmalade martinis are my new favourite . the service was great considering it was august in a tourist location, didn't feel rushed or pushed out because they needed the table, felt very looked after and came back for drinks orders when we were getting low. A little pricier than some other locations, but this is not a pasty shop on the harbour, it is a lovely location with excellent food that is presented amazingly. Even so, would happily pay that much for a lovely meal again (prices are similar to other sit down restaurants in the area in summer . Drinks are local and with their own gins and limoncellos! would highly recommend.

A lovely little restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. The food selection is great and has a lot of tapas style dishes so you can pretty much try everything. The drinks are absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly with a great service. Dogs are welcome and very dog friendly. Recommend booking in advance.
