It's amazing how you can find nearly anything in Montreal these days! I happened to pass by the city's first store that is geared towards the sugar-free/Keto diet. Great range of freshly baked goods from cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, cookies to bagels and mac cheese! The prepared meals/desserts are well-packed for takeout and ready to heat. They also carry a good variety of specialised products such as MiracleNoodles, NutCrumb, Keto wraps etc. I went to the location inside Marche De L'Ouest which is well-stocked but they have also opened a location on Sherbrooke St (not on Yelp) Worth checking out if you are following the diet and craving your sweet treats! Prices are a little steep (about 16$ for 6 bagels) but they taste delicious, you don't feel as if you are missing out!

Their desserts are to die for! Everything tastes really fresh and is absolutely delicious! Great keto snack and dressing options as well. The maple bacon cupcakes are the best cupcakes I've ever had, super fluffy with delicious cream cheese frosting. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, regardless of if you eat keto or not!

Amazing selection of keto sauces, ingredients, desserts, snacks and heat and eat meals. Amazing service and energy!

Very hard to find keto restaurants and this place is right next to my work, love it!
