Auntie Anne's - St Joseph

This is the best spot for delicious, warm, freshly made pretzels. There’s often a long line, but the wait isn’t too long!

Every Sunday, after working late on Saturday nights, my girlfriend and I visit this restaurant, and we are consistently impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pretzels are always fresh. We highly recommend getting the bites!

Becca was incredibly helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my pretzel—definitely a 10/10, and I'd choose it again in a heartbeat. I can't stop thinking about that lemonade!

I really enjoy the Auntie Anne's in Independence, MO. However, my experience at the St. Joseph location was disappointing, primarily due to the manager or staff member (older, with short dirty blonde hair), who was very rude to customers. When we asked if we could shop and return in 15 minutes while we waited for fresh pretzel dogs, she initially ignored us and then snapped, “We close at 5.” It seemed like she was more focused on rushing customers out rather than providing friendly service. Additionally, after ordering a large pretzel, we were given a small one instead. I wouldn't recommend this location; it was quite disappointing.

The prices are overly high, and they often don't have what I want, seeming annoyed when I ask for it. This was during lunchtime as well. I also find it ridiculous that adding dipping sauce is considered a "combo"!
