Arby's - St. Joseph

Come on, it's Arby's; it's always good! They were incredibly swamped when I went last time, but they did their best and were patient and kind to me, and even though they forgot something in my order, when I went back in to ask, they were so nice and apologetic, and even gave me a couple compliments! My point is: even though it seemed they were overwhelmed (which is difficult to say the least in fast food, let me tell you), they still made time for me: the customer. Which says a whole lot more than them forgetting part of my order because their lobby and drive thru were full! Food was hot and fresh, too! Not bad, guys...

Customer service is amazing! The mac n cheese is not the best, but great service

Their burgers are truly the very best much better than McD, Burger K or Wendy's hands down. This day age it is a delight to get a REAL BURGER it is exactly as pictured!!!!! Kudos Arby's

Sandwiches were hard to eat. Meat was cut way too thick, there was something green in the orange cream shake. It was not very busy food came out fairly quick but tables were dirty. Disappointing

My food tasted great, but was put together like no one cared. I basically had to remake my sandwich so that I could actually eat it. They made my husband's food incorrectly and unfortunately we didn't have time to go back so that they could correct it. Service was okay. They got our food out quick enough, but she thrust everything out the drive thru window so quickly I almost dropped it and she didn't ask if we needed any sauces.
