Always exceptional service. always exceptional food. It's just that they are so Good and popular there is always a long line.

The flavor burst machine has been down the 2 times I have came back to visit. However, today when we finally get up to order they inform us they’re out of everything except chocolate ice cream. Then as I approach the window they only have half of my order. Not sure what has happened to this place. But I will not be returning.

Very disappointed. Rude employee,cold fries. Had to go back up to the window. By time I got my fries my ice cream was melting away!!!

For the past three times I’ve went they have served my boyfriend raw chicken when I call to complain the lady on the phone laughed and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get a refund( which I did eventually get) I asked her what was funny about serving people raw meat and she went silent this place is a joke you wait nearly half a hour in line and the food is messed up they half a make my ice cream every time. I will stop going and telling everyone I can. Get the dang kids out of there if they can’t do their jobs seriously!!!

Unfortunately this is about the 4th time I go and get my order wrong. Really nice teenage kids work there but zero care on peoples order. My Ice cream today had coconut, what I ordered was not suppose to have that. Good thing I am not allergic. Management needs to train their employees better.
