I ordered through doordash and received my breakfast sandwiches not wrapped/covered just thrown in the brown paper bags which were not sealed, I feel like this is a very big food safety problem because there was nothing really protecting the food from contamination. As well as receiving a breakfast burrito that tasted like cinnamon and all of the food was cold.

Good coffee and friendly staff. I would prefer if the syrup (in a latte) were stirred into the espresso or the milk for a more even distribution, instead of it all settling at the bottom.

First time having Hazel's was at around 2 weeks ago. I can't get enough.

I usually use the drive through but last time I was there a friend and I went inside for something different. It was not busy because we were there during the middle hours of the afternoon, we had excellent service, I always do, and no mistake in my order. I am in a power wheelchair so I take up a lot of room. The girl who was working by herself came out from behind the counter and moved a table and chairs so I didn’t stick out so much. I consider that above and beyond. They have a little gift area in the corner of the store where you can buy ground or whole bean coffee of different varieties and flavors and some different teas. I loved looking at their different coffee and tea related items and of course spent too much. This is my go to coffee shop! Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a power chair and had no problem negotiating the store although the gift area was a little tight. I was impressed with the girl who was working when she came out and helped get to the table. I give her a 5 star rating!
