Mcdonald's - St. Joseph

Just now I went to mcdonalds and ordered a big frit and 6 cookies. then this dame goes in with her dog and the staff runs up and starts playing with dog and there is ice, cuddly and cuddly. then went back to work without washing their hands. I said, keep the frying, cookies and the $5.

I tried to use a mobile app deal which clearly listed the item I was ordering as eligible. When I attempted to explain this to the manager I was told that he couldn 't do anything about mobile app problems and If I was going to have a attitude I could just leave His drive thru. He then refused to give me his name. It 's not going to be hard for the owners to identify the manager on duty at 7:45 am on Monday morning so I 'm not sure what he was trying to accomplish. UPDATE #1: I 've managed to retell this story atleast a dozen times over the last week. I wonder how many people I 'll have to tell before management realizes that talking over me and being rude probably wasn 't the way to go!!!!! Being retired has it 's advantages..... nothing but time!!!! UPDATE #2: I had a wonderfull opertunity to speak with 4 Jahovas Witnesses over the weekend. After listing to their story they wrre more than happy to listen to mine. Do the math on how far that will travel.

Georgia, the lady that took my order in the drive through did a phenomenal job. She was smiling and had a great attitude as well.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to give my code for my online order. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. When I finally get to the window to get my food it was another 10 minute wait and they didn’t give me my receipt. My food was cold.

Wait tell lunch if you expect food they only open when they feel like it
