The highlight of my visit was definitely the service provided by the staff. Everything else was just average. I might consider returning for the excellent customer service, but I would likely explore different menu options next time. Ratings: Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I attempted to order online for delivery, but my food never arrived, although the payment was deducted from my account. How is that even possible if they never received the order, especially when the website said the food was being prepared? I understand that issues can arise, but when I called the manager, he seemed completely indifferent. The customer service was terrible. It seems like this place only stays afloat because of its loyal regulars. Price per person: $30–50.

Today I ordered the Reuben. So good! The fries were good, but the happy hour specials are great. This is a lively place. Fast friendly service a lot of activity. Caitlin was a great server. The menu has a lot of variety. The volume was high, which tells me customers really feel comfortable relaxing and being themselves. Not a huge variety of ages at the te I went, but the place did have a couple of young families during my visit. Still on my list of favorites.
