WORST TIME EVER!!!! I pulled up to the drive through and order an ice coffee and donuts. The staff were not wearing masks and prepared my drink without gloves! After I got my drink there was a BUG in it. I tried to keep my calm as I asked for a new drink. Fortunately, they made a new one but I had to wait even longer for donuts. When I got the donuts I was horrified. They were cold and stale! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I usually love Dunkin but this was VERY frustrating. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD FOR BUGS!
Good coffee. Drive thru had a long line but they worked very fast to get everyone served. Thanks !
I had two donuts: the French donut had barely any glaze, and the Boston cream was small and completely missing the custard. I'm ready to head to Tont's Donuts in Hazelwood for half an hour.
