Reveal Rooftop And Lounge

Although summer is over, it was still nice to sit on the rooftop and indulge in a few drinks near the fireplace. The spot is very tiny but nicely decorated along with TV's to watch the games. I ordered an Old Fashioned because someone at the bar was having one ...a cocktail made by muddling sugar with bitters, then adding whiskey and brandy with a twist of citrus rind. Didn't check out the food menu but I'd definitely return to have a few drinks and chill.

Very nice view to downtown overlooking 394. Open air bar on the 6th floor. Not sure what winter will bring for the space????? Food is offered but when I went on a Tuesday night no one offered a menu to order. Service a bit slow initially. I had to order at the bar. After that the bartender came to our table. I would go back as the view out is very nice

Wow, what a nice time we had! Perfect lil chill spot for date nite, or catch up with friends! Our waiters were amazing, beyond friendly and helpful. Most def will be back!

Our server at the beginning of the evening was very friendly and attentive. They took our drink/appetizer orders right away, and even brought extra chairs once all of us arrived. However, they must have clocked out midway through our visit as we never saw them again. Nor did anyone else check on us to refill our waters or offer to take additional food/drink orders after our server was gone. It took almost an hour to flag someone down to get our bills, at which point we were not only given one bill but were told “it would be too much of a headache to split the bill so just Venmo each other” there was only 4 of us that had 1 drink each and 3 appetizers total… As someone who has worked in customer service for several years and was excited to try a new venue, this was a very disappointing experience. Sadly I can’t say I’d be interested in going back again.

We went to Reveal Rooftop on Cinco De Mayo they were having a $5 margarita deal that was too good to pass. They posted all over social media and we were so excited to try it. It was pretty slow and the bartenders were slow but responsive. We asked about the flavor margaritas (again the ones they advertised on their social media) and the bartenders had no idea. Weird but regardless we had a great time no complaint about the cheap margaritas. We opened a tab and then closed it out at the end of the night. They ended up being more than $5 that they advertised but again great time and no complaints. We check our card the next day and noticed that they charged us twice, once when we closed the tab and for the tab we started. I called spoke to an employee, super nice and assured me they would be calling back. Two weeks and still no response. We call the hotel, transferred us to the managers voicemail, left a voicemail and no call back. Make sure you get your receipt and close out your tab each time unless you want to get charged twice. Not so great at customer service.
