Blueprint Coffee - St. Louis

Great atmosphere. Had a Mocha Latte and they used the perfect amount of mocha unlike a lot of other places that use way to much. Nice and clean place.

Very quick little coffee house. Close to the university.

Stopped by for a coffee break on a long road trip, and the coffee options were limited, the seating was not ideal or very comfortable. The server literally never made eye contact with me when I ordered. This place had pretty decent reviews and the coffee was fine, but for the most part, I wasn't impressed.

4.54 1 5.54 for a small (12oz) coffee. No cup sleeve. No variety in size — when asked for large, given small. Only came here because the Starbucks up the street doesn't know how to keep its coffee hot and served me luke warm coffee twice. But at this proposition, I will go back to Starbucks next time.

Every detail of third wave coffee was covered here from a warmed ceramic mug, to tableside delivery if your order to expertly prepared espresso, pour overs and milk drinks. The stoppered pourover flasks are a nice touch as well. Baked goods were not stale or leftover from the day before but were served warm and moist. The biscuits had just the right bake. With a flaky inside and slightly salted crust the apple jam they were served with rocked the house.
