Denny's - St. Louis

I haven't eaten at this restaurant in a long time. It looks like Denny's has undergone a makeover and made some improvements in the ambience and cooking. The interior of the restaurant was pleasant. I ordered an omelette and it was really delicious. Our server was very friendly.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the waitress was incredibly friendly towards me and my daughter. Just as we arrived, a large party also came in and noticed our young children, promptly offering assistance. This kind gesture was greatly appreciated, especially as our kids were tired and hungry after a long day of traveling.

Hearing and reading is fundamental. I ordered monde about my ham with all Swiss cheese and spinat. I didn't order my ash-brows crispy. posting a photo so you can see that is not what I asked. I'm on my way home.

My wife and I decided to try Denny's for the first time and we were not disappointed. Despite the affordable prices due to inflation, the food was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. We were in and out in less than an hour. We will definitely be returning.

Had a real bad experience Sunday! The waitress took our order brought our drinks everything was fine until an hour later and 3 customers later our food wasn't on our table! She took care of the other customers instead of us she never came to our table and check on us or at least bring some drinks makes me mad because if she really hates her job or didn't want to be there just quit! She needs more training on customer service and people skills manager needs to talk to her or just fire her plain and simple! Very bad experience and customer service I hope that anyone in upper management read this and contact me because she's going to give a bad reputation to the business.
