Hard Rock Cafe St Louis - St. Louis

The staff was fabulous, very friendly and courteous! The only negative was when we first walked in there was a sewer smell but we couldn't smell it from our table.

Very crowded, so the service was as well as could be expected. Ribs were black and over done, but were good. Great place to get together with friends. When ordering an alcohol drink, make sure you mention alcohol we got a non alcohol drink. Sadden (but did not say anything because they were extreme busy)

The food was no better that Fridays or Chili's but cost over twice as much. Service was slow and it took quite awhile for our wait staff to even take our drink orders. I will not be returning and will not recommend this place to friends or family.

We got seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. Ordered within 10 minutes, then took 50 minutes to get our food. When it showed up, another waitress helping out , place two of our entrees in front of the wrong table; when our waitress showed up behind her, she stated that 's the wrong table, over here. She then picked up the food and replaced in front of us....not sanitary.... The first thing my son said was did that guy touch my food! Food was typical chain bar food, four of five meals were barely touched, mine included. I would not return...... Although I did return to a bad desert with one son because we were waiting for the other family members on the polar express train ride.....which was a joke too! The brownie in the dessert, my son said tasted like he baked it in an easy bake oven. Truly sorry, but will not return. The only thing Hard Rock is good for is a Hotel or semi-decent clothes!

I look my music loving boyfriend here for a birthday surprise. We both loved it! There was a lot of cool things to look at and the atmosphere was great. We went for lunch so it wasn't crowded. The only thing we did not like was the pop music on the t.v.
