This “French” is not a place to order everything. do not believe that you do not fulfill your job in any way! I'm not a customer, never had that, but they certainly took my money. the appeal was: $20! I was first suspended from the manager from the loading where the appeal came, and then the company office decided to do nothing for my situation with the manager hanging on me, whenever I spoke, or hey would talk about me in a very kondesending tone. everyone who ever had an appeal that they did not recognize has the direction to contact the merchant for refund. in my situation, a quick “I’m sorry that happened to them. let me look into the order and see if we can get a refund for it” would have been the thing to do. these disgusting people would simply not take action, for less than $20. I was despised and treated all the time as if I had done something wrong or I was a sweat. it was made clear that they could give me a refund, they just refused. I didn't try to hear me. only if I have a half straight answer is when they didn't know they were talking to me. they would think they would go bankrupt if they returned my money and it is not due to them franchising. my family owns a steak n shake (franchised) and that is not how a situation like mine is treated there. something would have been done, not including saying the person here-no, call it-from now they see them back-that we call them here, so we can't help them-our hands are bound they have to call there. a complete run around! Here's our money! you flew with a "Friends Hospital"!

Order a large order and needed it on another day. the manager went beyond to get our company order accumulated without asking. Thank you for understanding a profi. use this location for all our events.

Rude, I wouldn't pay for this job. I tried to express that I have never ordered from a JJ shop, and the woman working on 02/01/2022 was upset that I have regained my sandwich and rejected and tried to make me feel bad about the wasting of brot.

Three times we have gotten food from this place on grand and it takes an hour for delivery for two subs and they constantly just slap it together. They either don't care or 4th grade was so hard for them that they quit school. Sixty dollars and the food is horrible. I regret they even got a tip.
