Quattro - St. Louis

Great place to dinate with attentive service and great eating! the ginger tuna sandwich was delicious and the staff in and around the restaurant (within a hotel) was very helpful and friendly.

The table they directed us to was dirty, but we decided to sit down and wait. After a while, I went in search of the restroom, which was located all the way across the hotel lobby. When I returned, I picked up two menus from the hostess stand since no one had come to our table. I read through the entire menu twice, yet still no one approached us. I noticed that the only pizza option seemed reasonably priced, but even with several employees moving in and out of the bar and kitchen, nobody ever came to assist us. Finally, my friend and I decided it was best to leave rather than continue to wait and risk starving.

My friend ordered the spaghetti, and it was overcooked. I ordered the margherita pizza, and even though it was cooked at 600 degrees, it turned out soft and soggy. The pizza dough was nearly raw. They topped the pizza with whole cherry tomatoes, which made it quite mushy. The manager was kind enough to take our drinks off the bill.

The service was great, and the food was fantastic as always. I ordered the salmon, but I also tried their Italian wings, which were amazing!
