I had the beef brisket plate with stringbeans and chicken and rice casserole and a long island iced tea. I expected the stringbeans to be warm or hot but the where cold. The chicken and rice casserole was very good...
Wanted to try some St. Louis BBQ and this place was pretty good. We ordered some takeout and everyone in the restaurant was very helpful. The meat was tasty and I got a variety of sauces. I liked the sweet one the best. The beans were something the I liked but the potato salad was amazing. The bread/muffin was interesting and I wasn’t quite sure what it was but it went well with the meat. I snagged some of my girlfriends burnt ends that she ordered and those were great.
We stopped in wanting to try St. Louis barbecue ribs. Needless to say we were not disappointed. The ribs were fantastic the sauce choices were great the mac cheese specialty was delicious, I could go on and on. All in all I would definitely recommend stopping by, great service super nice people
We split a full rack of ribs with sides of white cheddar cracker mac, beef fat fries and popover. I usually go light on the carbs but not these, all were delicious. The ribs were so well seasoned that we only tried the sauces just because they were there. Everything was beyond expectations. We only had a short time to eat before our tram ride to top the Arch and it was well worth the small walk to the restaurant.
