The Choice - St. Louis

One of the absolute best soul food restaurants in the St. Louis area! The decor is beautiful, the food is always hot, I love the variety and the price is reasonable. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

All you can eat GRANDMA style SOOOUL FOOD !! Need I say more? “ The Choice “ is so welcoming and the staff is amazing ! There is no place like it in St. Louis . You will not regret your choice of stopping by “ The Choice”.

This is a fantastic spot for a satisfying Soul Food dinner. The ambiance is ideal for both romantic dates and business gatherings.

I dined at The Choice for the second time yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am a fan of their fish and Mac'n'cheese stuffing. I am also happy to see the new ownership making a positive impact and establishing The Choice as the go-to spot for soul food in St. Louis.

The food at the buffet was subpar. Despite opting for the all-you-can-eat option, there was hardly anything available. The dishes were served cold and the buffet attendant seemed clueless about the items she was serving. The sweet tea lacked sweetness and the server was extremely poor. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
