I informed that they 'd forgotten my strawberry Frosty and they slammed the drive-thru window withsuch force that it bounced back open. Those of us who work in customer service don 't need others giving us a bad name,do better
Not bad really liked it till I went to dip my fries in my frosty and realized they ripped me off i got a size down cup inside my cup. Gonna be going to a different Wendy's next time.
Eating was good, it's just regrettable that some of the quicker things are in the cold when they get them and the reason why they are in the rule because I've been here just a few times, but every time I order something like super simple, it comes out cold. when due to the bag and other items like fries that are in there feels warm, but when they arrive down there and touch, the ware is cold and when they open the wrappers to bite into their food, it is cold. the personal is great
Vickie was rude taking my order. i asked for my drink to have no ice and i got one with ice. if she wasn't trying to rush me and listen to what i was saying in the first place she would've known that. I forgot i had turned off my card and she says its not taking it and i asked for proof it wasn't taken it. Her response was I can't provide that it din't take it but her tone as nasty. i quickly gave her cash so i can get my corrected drink so i can go. during all of this I stayed calm and remained civil, but she could've caught someone in a bad mood as well. Customers don't need that when they are spending their money that help pay you. If you don't like your job simply get another. Everyone has bad days but i don't need to be a victim of your attitude. if i would've gave Vickie the same tone and attitude back, it would've been a difficult customer. I had guest in the car that caught on and witness her attitude as well;not professional at all. On top of that when i pulled off the lot and parked somewhere else to eat. my food was cold! bad visit. cold food. rude host.
This Wendy's is super slow and always with a long line. I just got overcharged by $2.50 and don't even want to deal with it. Ive been here many times and get a consistently meh experience. The food quality is good for fast food.
