Great customer service very profession and the cookies are amazing

Tried once… It’s not my cup of tea. The cookies are a generous amount to eat to but you can’t eat one cookie in a setting.

Tried them for the 1st time a couple weeks ago and it was AMAZING!!! The staff is super friendly and ready to get any suggestions to new comers like me. Cookies are fresh and super yummy!

I ordered curbside pick-up and ended up waiting in the designated parking spot for 40 minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside, only to find out that they were ignoring all curbside orders and only taking care of in-store requests. This is the second time I've experienced this; the first time, I waited over an hour. The lack of accountability, leadership, and experience is alarming, and it may ultimately lead to the closure of this location. It might take a few years, but I believe it will happen.
