Tropical Smoothie Cafe - St Lucie West

The girl working at the counter was very helpful and really nice .I haven't seen service like that in a fast food environment in a long time. Nice to see that. So thank you Amya for the pleasant experience.

I am visiting from NY, stopped in for a cool refresher, was greeted by a young woman amya she was outstanding with her coustmer service and knowledge on the items which is very helpful when you have never been here before she really made my day thanks Amya for the outstanding service today!!!

Store went downhill fast. Obviously under new ownership with what we've seen and experienced the last couple visits. Inconsistent food and crazy that the staff has no knowledge of what goes into the smoothies. The name is still Tropical Smoothie so you'd figure they had the basics down. We know better now to go to this location and I'm sure most of the staff will be unemployed soon and back on the streets so we'll give it 6 months and hopefully it's under new ownership again.
