Saigon Tokyo - St. Marys

As someone else said, the server was not very welcoming. we asked a minute on the menu, she gave us half an hour. sushi roll for a starter ordered and had to remind them about 20 minutes later. when she brought it, she brought us 3 pieces of chop. I went to the counter when she went 4 times past me, I just went over the counter for 2 more sets and the little dishes for my soy. the first time I've ever seen brown wasabi. the food went out and she forgot my salad. eating that it itself wasn't bad. Maybe they just forgot how to customer service after the kovid.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I initially chose to order from here because of its convenient location for takeout, and was excited about its diverse menu options. However, during my visit, the staff was extremely rude. No one greeted me or inquired about my needs. Additionally, every time I order, the wasabi is discolored and they never include chopsticks or sauce, or even ask if I want any. The service is so poor that it feels like a joke, making me question why anyone would act in such a manner.

The food was delicious overall, although the brown wasabi was not up to par. However, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The server was unfriendly and unhelpful, and when my boyfriend's sweet tea was not to his liking, he requested a different drink but was charged for both. There were ants on the floor and the smell from the restroom was unpleasant. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and amazing taste of the ginger. We are so happy we decided to eat here. I apologize for not taking more photos, I was too hungry to stop and snap pictures.
