Jet's Pizza - St. Matthews

I went to the Jets pizza on Hubbards Lane they never disappoint. The food was hot fresh. The manager was absolutely amazing polite. I am on Hurstbourne have a Jets right across the street from me, but I choose to go out of my way to Hubbards Lane because the one by me is a downgrade for Jets Pizza establishments. The manager all the employees are rude, and customer service is non-existent. The manager should lead by example to make sure his staff is fully trained. If you want good, fresh food with a smile appreciation for your business, then Hubbards Lane is the one to go to.

Best pizza!!! Great crust and topping choices. Hot with crispy crust.

I know old fans of Jet's will be appalled, but I get big 1990's Pizza Hut vibes from their crust. (PH is trash now. I've been searching for a good crust, and Jet's is amazing!

Staff are not interested in patrons.The staff encouraged tipping for pickup orders ?You are there to work and please staff, realize tips are not mandatory from the customer.Tired of the pressure tipping. A real turn off !

Pizza is wonderful. It is a takeout place, don't expect much in the way of atmosphere.
