Ruby Thai Kitchen St. Matthews Mall

I ordered the shrimp pad thai and was disappointed to find only around four pieces of shrimp in the dish. Additionally, the overall flavor was dominated by vinegar. I won't be returning.

When did mall food become so pricey? I wouldn't suggest it because of the high costs.

I recently had my first visit to this restaurant, and it was amazing! The food was outstanding, and the overall experience was delightful. Although I can't recall the name of the chicken dish I tried, it was intensely spicy yet packed with flavor. The lo mein was some of the best I've ever tasted. I usually order lo mein with chicken, along with brown and bourbon chicken.

While basically everyone was eating ChicFilA, we ate here. Steamed cabbage and vegetables, rice noodles and garlic green beans. SO GOOD. Seasoned so well. Definitely a better choice.
