Taco Bell - St. Matthews

Walked in at 9:53 am door has a 9:00am everyone was on there phone on. Guy behind the counter said that are close and will not be open any time soon. I checked the open time in Google maps and is. Shows 10:00am

Place is literally out of half their menu everytime I come here. How is this even possible

Everyone sitting around. Sign said open but they said closed

Very hateful and unprofessional. Food was so cold didn't even melt the cheese. More worried about setting out front on there phones talking filthy.

Pulled in at 8:50pm walked past the sign that said open until 10pm or later and looked around. The woman who was cleaning said they were closed.I glanced at my watch and double checked; and she exclaimed they now close at 9pm.I told her it was 8:50; and got an unrepeatable reply back.I’m will to bet sales will improve at this location; with enough complaints.
