Taco Bell - St. Matthews

The drive-thru attendant was very friendly, but I tried to call multiple times because my tacos were supposed to be supreme, which is what I paid for. Additionally, there was a hair in my chips. I called several times again but didn’t receive any answer. It’s frustrating because a simple phone call could have resolved the issue.

Once again, they messed up our order. We requested two similar items, and as usual, the person taking our order at the drive-thru was rushed. She became flustered when I pointed out that she had charged me incorrectly, and it seemed like she might lose her composure right at the window.

Without a doubt, this is the best Taco Bell in the city! The service is quick and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh! I've gone out of my way just to eat here! If I could give it more stars, I definitely would!

Went thru drive thru but the older man was clearly overwhelmed

One of my favorite Taco Bells in the city cuz the food is always on point, not forgotten and hot! :
