Hoa Bien - St Paul

Hoa Bien is one of my top Vietnamese restaurants. I always order the vegetable fried rice, fried chicken, egg rolls, and sometimes the cold white noodle salad and lo mein. The food is always fresh and delicious. I have never been disappointed here. It is definitely on my list of top 10 favorite places to eat in Minnesota.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for at least eight years, and the food is consistently outstanding. When the first snowfall of the year hits Minnesota, I always make a beeline for this place to satisfy my craving for a #47 Chicken Rice Soup (minus the chicken). The lemonade, the coffee - everything is simply fantastic.

We love the food and the staff at this restaurant! My husband and I are regulars and they know our orders by heart. It's like they can read our minds when we walk in because they always know exactly what we want! Our favorite dishes are the grilled beef noodle salad, egg rolls, and spring rolls. There is also plenty of parking available.

My favorite Vietnam restaurant! I ordered delivery eating from here like a thousand times and it was delicious every time! try them better in wn! I recommend you to try rice vermicelli salat with meatball. it was always my favorite, and banh xeo is incredibly delicious

Update back for more! this place has really enjoyed it, great customer service, great eating. not much else, I could really ask. the food was delivered instantly, hot peddler and ready to nosh. wow! this place is fantastic! the food was good from the chain. beautiful casual atmosphere. relaaaaxxxing music. like the terminator. I'm back.
