Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Dietary restrictions: You can get glutton free as well as dairy free cheese!

We live in town and go frequently and I've never received such poor (slow) service at any restaurant in my life. Every single time we go making our pizza takes a ridiculous amount of time. It's very frustrating and reduces the frequency that we go. In addition our pizzas are usually sloppily made and there always seems to be plenty of people working.

I was helped by a nice woman named Rachel who took my order over the phone. She was very polite when I picked up my pizza and answered my question about the cling wrap. Unfortunately, the other employees were horsing around when I arrived, but luckily Rachel was there to help. She deserves a raise!

Repeatedly messing up how I want my pizzas. Unsure if the workers can read.

There seems to be a real management issue at this location.It really affects quality and wait time.
