Contribuisci feedbackThe Whopper is always my go-to choice at this restaurant. The Dr Pepper drink that comes with the meal is something I can never get enough of. I love how it makes me feel like royalty.
Burger King is consistently a fantastic spot to grab a meal. I adore their Whoppers and have been a loyal customer since 1983. The food is always delicious and the staff is friendly. You can't go wrong dining here.
I guess it's a lot to do to put a sign on the door. we know that the dining room is closed. I don't know why two people are on a table I can see. just not right.
Burger King is known for the whoppers, but I love the jr whopper. It is just enough. The app coupons also come in very handy. Friendly people work at the jungerman (St Charles, MO) store. The drive thru line usually runs well. Inside dining is still very limited.Parking: No problem in St Charles, MO
Was 3 cars back from the drive thru window and had to wait 15 to get TO the window so you would think in that time ALL my food would be fresh. You would be very wrong. Let 's start with the simple order that I placed: Whopper w/Cheese meal, no onion, no tomato with Onion Rings and large Coke and Chicken nuggets. That 's it. The Coke was small, but at least is was coke. The Whopper with Cheese was sort of warm, the nuggets were warm but the onion rings they were in a word, DISGUSTING!! They were so old there were not only cold but they were stale and super greasy. SO what did I do? Well I attempted to contact the store and was redirected in trying to go to the survey. I tried a different route, going direct to the actual location page instead of the Burger King page and had to got to Customer Service. Through a chat app, I was asked questions, answered ALL of them, got to the end and it offered for me to explain my problem LAUGHABLE after going through all of that, it wouldn 't even allow me to type in the open space nor would it all me to just submit everything I just did. GOOD JOB BURGER KING Seems obvious that the system is so over burdened by complaints that people can no longer share their experience either good or bad. I used to work at a BK and I will tell you that not only did the store I worked for INSIST that the food was prepared correctly and freshly but it was CHECKED, which is called Quality Control, done by the expeditor (who puts everything into the bag) and then it is offered to the guest KNOWING that everything was in the bag and everything was hot and fresh. Sadly it is RARE to find anything close to this kind of service at the Jungermann location this was a 2nd chance for them because my 1st experience was also horrendous, everyone has a bad day. In this case, they have bad employees who are not trained in customer service or quality control and they take no pride in the job that they are supposed to be doing.
