Contribuisci feedbackDuring a recent visit to the area, I decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, their card reader was not working with my debit card. With only $5 in cash on me, the manager generously offered to cover the cost of the rest of my meal without any hesitation. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and the excellent service provided by her and her staff. The food was also delicious, making it a five-star experience overall.
Brief and often malfunctioning. Food tasted stale and greasy. French toast was flavorless. No coffee available. Sweet tea was lacking in taste. The croissant sandwich was superior at the nearby cafe. Dissatisfied and requesting a refund.
I visited the restaurant and was the only customer at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait for service in a rude manner and waited for several minutes. I ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger without pickles. The person who took my order seemed upset and in a bad mood, and was rude to me, even using foul language. However, the worker at the window was very nice and apologized for the behavior of the lady who took my order, who was also the manager. Some of my friends have also faced similar treatment at this location in recent months. It seems that the manager is not suitable for a customer service role. Despite this, the food tasted good.
The door reads Dine-In, but unfortunately it was not true and it was only 5ish in the evening. drive thru took forever. had to wait long to order because I was given her a minute. at the time there were only 2 cars in the car drive. the car in front of me and me. the person before me waited a long time to get her food, and I too. I understand that you work at burger king, but the woman in the window looked like to hate her life and regretted some life decisions that she had made in the past to guide her here and work at this time. my girl also ordered an impossible hepper and she received a meat filled regular hepper. they didn't eat me and at worst they were out ranchparking: open parking was no one there.
This place has in the rule only one or 2 cars in the line, but every time I get there for the last 6 months it is the same, short staff or missing large menu points and then eating in the is usually cold or wrong when they get it. I understand the short staff in one dimension, but at least in the other areas to improve. not sure how they stay in business.
