Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant is better than others in the area. The food is very fresh and they included taco sauce and ranch in my bag without me having to ask. I ordered the new Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and two tacos at 7:30am. The sandwich was piping hot and the bun was steaming.
We enjoy dining at Jack in the Box due to their wide variety of menu options. Whether you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can always find something delicious to order. The menu is diverse and appealing to all tastes. The staff is typically consistent, though we are sometimes disappointed when they remove our favorite menu items.
On February 18th, there was an issue with the Intercom system at the restaurant. It seemed like the staff couldn't understand our order correctly. We requested two ice creams but were told to pay for four. On January 22nd, the staff didn't allow us to finish our sentence and the menu board was not working properly to confirm our order accurately. However, the lady at the window was friendly and had a pleasant voice. The Tiny Tacos were very fresh and hot, just the way I prefer them. The dough could have been cooked a bit longer for a crispier texture.
Have tried to use this place for two different occasions in the last 2-3 months or so. We went at 8 a.m. and the hours listed on Google cards, says this location is open up to 10/11pm. Unfortunately, like others in their last reviews, the lights are at the place and it seems open as you pass. Actually, we even saw employees. But when we went to the drive-thru, there was no answer. No other cars in use. When we first went and that happened, we thought they had to close (one took the garbage out). The second time we waited for 5 minutes on the drive-thru without answer, but when we drove away, we saw what seemed to be employees around the inside, all the lights. I really feel for the owner of this place, as I think they have to lose in business because of this fact. And it is only very strange that this has happened repeatedly and seems to happen to other people, but nothing seems to have changed. If for some reason the situation is really not opened as late as Google says, then I recommend updating the hours more reliably (which seems to change the hours weekly on Mid Rivers, but at least I know when they are open). I hope this location is able to work more consistently in the future.
Moved into the drive thru at 7:45A and sat in the box for 5 minutes and nobody welcomed us. we left after we didn't help. they have seen a worker inside, only choose not to take our order. the car that waited behind us was served, so we moved back to try to give the advantage of the doubt. it was told before us (the car behind us) and the only other customer they had) was a bigger job and they could not take our order for 10-15 minutes. jack in box has good food. but unfortunately the customer service has developed around us at all locations. That was ridiculous.
