Steak N' Shake - St Peters

We did not sit at midday (nun) and the doors were closed, even while others pour inside, which was confusing. unlike this special franchise location will have the ability to facilitate any serious business, not waste the time to go to this location, as we were able to go to the first capital (saint charles) location only and find sitting immediately.

I am not here in a few years, but because of the note of traffic we have decided to try again. what a surprise. great job! the restaurant was so clean, quiet, the staff was polite, the eating was right, hot and tasty! I really didn't think this place would make it, but they did 180. excellent experience. we're coming back!

We visited this location during the city for a basketball tournament. Basketball tournament came over type of late and we went right before closing the front doors and only drove through the service. even if we went too late, the staff was amazing and made sure that we had everything we had ordered and that was well prepared. our local steak 'n shake closed so we try to meet one when we are out of town and this is not disappointed. when you're in town, I'm looking for a short bite to eat. definitely recommend to stop.

I'm sad. eating was tasty as usual. the order was filled quite quickly. but the experience has died. kiosks have replaced people. it's like all the other almost food spots, go all plastic. the exception is, for shaking and malt, the big glass is still there. I had to help two wonderful older ladies who were willing to go after I was lost in the order screens. I know that the dings change, and our culture has changed. I marked service and atmosphere low because, compared to what steak 'n shake is known, there was no.

Today was my last visit to ANY Steak N Shake. I refuse to use a kiosk and the employees completely ignored me as well as this large group of seniors who struggled to place their order. I ended up giving up and I do believe they were right behind me.What a shame too because it wasn't easy for them to get in and out of their vehicle.
