Tropical Smoothie Cafe - St Petersburg

Worst experience only two people working, took them over 5 minutes to come to us, ordered two bahama mama smoothies and a wrap, waited almost 30 minutes, the place was not busy at all when we got our smoothies and they are wrong, theres bananas in this and it was literally straight liquid not a smoothie, I couldn’t get my drinks remade because of the wait for the two I was late to work. No manager to be seen. I want my money back

I ordered online through their website which wants you to download the app (like everywhere) it was easy fast always delicious. They now offer a few different ~bowl~ options and they are amazing! Should have offered sooner! I also choose tropical smoothie over somewhere like smoothie king b/c they offer wraps/flatbreads/quesadillas/sandwiches delicious options for breakfast lunch dinner or in between even kids meals We will be back love you guys ? Parking: Only issue I found is if you order online and select bring out to car they do not have a designated parking spot so you would have to call the store and try to explain where your parked as there are 3 sides you can park and 2 entrances just easier to go inside. Very nice employees and they now have bowls so good! And a healthy sweet alternative for desert or lunch/dinner!

This place needs more employees, or to change the time when the order is going to be ready. Placed an order at 2:30, said it would be ready at 2:40, and when I walked in I still had to wait almost 15 mins. As far as I can see there were only two workers in the back, a guy walked in to place an order and he wasn’t greeted for about 10 mins.

Dakilya and Altonio were absolutely pleasant to deal with. Food was on point and service was too. 3rd time here and all staff friendly and easy to deal with.

I’ve been going to tropical smoothie for 7 years (and worked at a diff location in 2016) and i just had the best chia banana smoothie i’ve ever had in my life at this location. whoever was making smoothies at 2 pm on 9/14 deserves a raise
