On the pricier end but when you’ve gone without good bread for so long and are familiar with the cost of the necessary baking ingredients it’s worth it.Dine in bagel options along with to-go baguettes, sourdough loaves, focaccia, buns and usually rotating sweet options. I’ve gone since their soft opening and it’s only gotten better. Go early because the bread usually sells out.
Tried the carrot cake, bagels, focaccia and my son had a peanutbutter cookie. All of it was amazing!
The best gluten free vegan bagel and focaccia I’ve ever had, and we’ve traveled all over the USA trying GF vegan bakeries. I feel so incredibly lucky this placed opened up. The bagels have the perfect chew and crumb, but still toast magnificently. The focaccia is perfectly balanced, fluffy, crunchy, and the rosemary oil they put on top is so flavorful. So blessed this place has come to town.
Great gluten free bakery. Love that they have the list of ingredients for each item. Stopped by for breakfast and had the blueberry bagel, baguette, coffee, and chocolate chip cookie. It was all yummy!
The cranberry walnut rolls, peanut butter cookies and white cake with cream cheese frosting are amazing!The owner suggested I put brie cheese on the bread I put it in the air fryer for 2 minutes and it’s amazing! Will be my go to from now on
