Burgerfi - St. Petersburg

The burger was decent, not outstanding. The fries were overcooked and limp. The price was too high considering the food quality. I paid $17+ for a meal with a small burger, limp fries, and a drink. On a positive note, the food packaging was beautiful and eco-friendly, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.

WOW! This burger joint is the best I have ever visited! The staff, especially Tara, Lavonne, and Vinicko, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The menu is simple but has some unique and flavorful choices - I went with the Truffle burger. Since moving to St. Pete a month ago, I haven't met anyone as delightful as the staff here. Well done!

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and I have to say, the burgers were pretty good! You could definitely taste that they were made with pure beef and the fries were incredibly fresh. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff member who took our order was very helpful and friendly, and the cook was also lovely. We were even surprised with two free drinks, even though it was our mistake for not ordering them initially. I would definitely eat here again. Overall rating: food and service. They also offer vegetarian options, such as the beyond burger.

Just picked up a carry out order. Ordered 2 Rodeo burgers, one with bacon, one without, a side with fries and a side of fries and rings. One burger had no bacon and we didn 't get one side of fries. The other burger had the paper from the cheese slice on it. For $50 this is completely unacceptable. Terrible first impression, never going back. Contacted the store and was told the GM would call me back . Not holding my breath and planning on doing a charge back.Update: GM Heather did call me back. Couldn 't even bother to mute whatever she was watching on TV. Claimed to do all the prep work so she wasn 't sure how the wrapper got in there . Blamed the possible issue on a new employee in the kitchen. Her only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes round trip again for a refund or more food (during my work hours). Not interested in food with paper that can 't be made correctly. Thought the other reviews were a bit dramatic but they were right. Will be doing a charge back through my bank. AVOID.Update 2: Heather just called me again from the store under the pretense of checking on my charge back (not sure if she knows what that is) and said I was making stuff up from yesterday. Asked why I included in my review the fact that she couldn 't be bothered to mute the TV before she called (it 's because it 's rude). Funny that I was able to do that before I picked up HER call yesterday and today! Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely confrontational and made no effort to remedy the problem. Trash service, trash food, trash people.Added the photos below of the paper in my food that I added to their photos so that you don 't get make the same mistake of paying for this garbage if you 're reading my review. You can see the paper was clearly cooked with the burger since the cheese is melted to it. Hopefully I saved you your hard earned money.

Delicious, hearty burgers, the BEST onion rings, and a local beer on tap all make this place great. We used to get it delivered, but after having such great interactions with the staff in the restaurant, we make the trip to come dine in. Highly recommend!
