Instead, they replaces it with various types of macaroni salad. So, I left. Came back recently, and they had sandwiches, and they looked good- except they weren’t labeled. No label anywhere, no ingredients, just a sticker that said $6.00 on it. I was so hungry I still bought it. It was good, it had chicken, mustard, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce. It was good, sure, but how am I supposed to know if I’m gonna like it if there’s no label??
Never shopped here before but stopped in to check it out and fell in love! Juice bar available. A hot and cold food table with tons of to go options. Also a cafe area available to eat there. It looked like they had a fresh sushi section and fresh deli. Sandwiches and pizza were available and I saw they had a sip and shop option serving beverages for while you shop. Great prices were what really stood out to us tho!!
Excellent quality of fresh/prepared meats. Good selection for many grocery products (locally made foods, high quality deli items, etc). Not every aspect of the store is great after they transitioned from Lucky's Market. They can consolidate their efforts and focus on their strengths.
Hitchcock is a great place to shop. During my visit, I noticed that the store was very neat, and clean. The Checker that waited on me was extremely patient, she encountered a customer with 90%of their order with marked downs items and was extremely patient. Unfortunately, the customer waiting was not that patient. That been said, I would strongly suggest that management made an effort to make the RED STICKER ITEMS easiest for the Customers and the Checkers. What I mean by that is, draw a line through the RED STICKER ITEMS , so that the Checkers are not scanning it having to take it off the bill. Overall, my visit was great ?.
My new favorite place for produce.Fresh produce that doesn't go bad in a day once I get it home. Great sales on meat to.A fee weeks ago I bought a whole beef tenderloin for $6.99 a pound on sale. Also, you can have a local craft beer or glass of wine for $3 while you ship. And don't worry they have cup holders for the side of the cart.
