The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff. The sandwiches were tasty, and the prices haven't risen as much as at some other establishments, which is a positive aspect.

I recently tried the Jimmy John's app for the first time and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the two sandwiches we ordered, which cost nearly $30, plus a $7 delivery fee and a $3.20 tip. The sandwiches were very small, consisting of only one slice of turkey, a tiny slice of tomato cut in half on each side of the bread, a little bit of lettuce, and just two thin slices of cucumber with mayonnaise. To make matters worse, there were no onions as I had requested. The chicken wrap was just as disappointing. Overall, I was very let down and won’t be ordering from Jimmy John's again.

Jimmy John's on Bay Pines Blvd typically serves decent food, and today was no exception. However, they're lacking attention to detail. If you check off your preferences for your order or sandwich, it's frustrating when they aren't followed. My main issue is the delivery charge; it's $7 to drive across the street, and then I'm expected to tip over $4. For the past month, we’ve been allowing visitors into the hospital with masks. Why can’t they deliver directly to the designated unit like they used to? No wonder people are opting for other delivery options when they have to pay those kinds of fees anyway.

As someone from the Northeast, I found the sandwich to be just okay. I ordered a BLT and requested cucumbers, and I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I got back to my hotel, there were no cucumbers in the sandwich. Additionally, they don't toast their sandwiches. I wanted to give this place a chance, but I won't be returning.

Jimmy John's is the best! Not only do they make great sandwiches, with the most wonderful fresh bread, they also helped start my truck when my battery failed!
