Lorene's Fish House - St. Petersburg

A friend recommended this restaurant to me and I was not disappointed. The food reminded me of home-cooked meals, especially the macaroni and cheese. I was disappointed that the space was not very accommodating, despite the website stating it was for dining in. However, I was pleased to find out that they accept card payments.

The prefect hole in the wall spot. Great people, great food (home cooking) , family atmosphere. Awesome prices. Will be returning my visit.

Feels like being at grandma's house on a Sunday after church!!!! The chicken is fried to perfection, full of flavor until the last bite.

Located near the stadium in St. Petersburg, this neighborhood restaurant specializes in fish, wings, shrimp, and other dishes. The shrimp was definitely the highlight of the meal, followed by the wings. Surprisingly, the fish was not as good as expected. I ended up ordering whiting since they did not have catfish on the menu.
