Mcdonald's - St. Petersburg

System was ?down? at 2am even though they were helping someone else at the window. Went to the location at 38th and 4th St and they had no food at all. What?s the point in having 24 hr locations if they don?t operate? I hadn?t had McDonald?s in foreverand was looking forward to their crummy, garbage food as a treat to myself and help kill myself faster but a good reminder why Idon?t go to McDonalds. Will never return.

I have had my coffee order messed up three times at this restaurant because they forget to put sugar in it. It's very frustrating and I suspect the workers may not be able to read. Overall, I had a bad experience and I can see why people prefer going to Starbucks instead.

These were the most soggy French fries I have ever tasted! I was stuck with a large order without being given the option of choosing a size. Some of the fries even had a fishy taste, making the whole experience truly awful!

I placed my order via DoorDash 9am for breakfast. The driver waited over an hour and my order was not completed. I phoned the store to find out what happened to my order and an employee answered, and was extremely rude and was full of ignorant behavior.The employee hung up on me while I was trying to explain the purpose for my call. So I drove to the store to speak withmanagement in person however the young lady who I spoke with was not a true manager. This left me no choice but to callcorporate and I hold no apologies if any jobs are lost.

This restaurant left much to be desired. The food was on par with what you would expect from McDonald's, but the service was extremely disappointing. The workers displayed a concerning attitude towards customers, which should be addressed. Overall, my experience was typical of a bad McDonald's location with unfriendly staff. I would not revisit this establishment. It's better suited for drive-thru service rather than dining inside to avoid encountering such rude behavior from the employees.
