Noble Crust St. Petersburg

I absolutely love the food, the ambiance, and the red sangria! The interior is wonderfully cozy with perfect lighting. The outdoor area is pleasant too, although it doesn't quite match the coziness of the inside. The food is simply outstanding; while some portions are on the smaller side, there are other dishes that are more generous. The flavors are fantastic and vary widely from dish to dish. There's a legitimate reason why the parking lot is always full!

I have been wanting to try noble crust for years! I finally get to and I have to say, I was disappointed. The staff were nice, the antm was decent and the moscato was great but the pizza was not satisfying at all. We got the margherita pizza. First bite took all the cheese with it. I expected fresh sliced tomatoes and no, it was just cheese, basil and sauce. I would say the breading itself was the best part, sadly. There was barely any flavor to it. Might give another try in the future but no promises.

This place is always great! Their strawberry arugula salad? Amazing! White sangria? So good, with a great twist to the recipe! I love the food, it always tastes great and authentic.
