Salem's Fresh Eats - St. Petersburg

Yesterday, I visited Salem's restaurant to pick something up. When I tried to park my truck with my trailer, one of the employees came out and asked me to move. I called their headquarters to complain, but they did not take any action. It seems like they care more about their customers than the employees. I may need to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue.

I have been to this restaurant twice for lunch. The first time, they got my order wrong, but the second time everything went smoothly. The customer service was good.

This restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, regardless of whether you use the drive-thru or go inside. When they make a mistake, they act like it's your fault. I recommend going elsewhere for better service. This place is a complete joke.

Thank you to the Salem?s on 1605 18. Ave S. Uber Eats did not deliver half of our food and so we called Salem?s they were gracious enough to give us our missing food. The night ladder was a very polite man very professional and the staff.

The staff was awesome. I wish I could say as much as my lunch. Ordered a Philly cheese steak.. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The steak was dry and unflavorable. I thought it was that was just peppered on top of the vegetables. The picture kind of shows that. I can't say anything else about other items on the menu since I did not try them.
