Expensive and not very good! The dairy free ice cream tasted like play-doh. Wouldn't recommend.

First off Please tell your customers that there is a significant up charge for a vegan or lactose free option. It cost $10.00 for a SMALL! Secondly train your servers. I asked the young woman behind the counter twice if the lactose free option was lactose free dairy. First asking about whether the base was almond or coconut, to which she relied It 's vanilla. And then when asked if it had dairy, she confusingly said no. Finally, I was the only person in the space beside the three young staff and none of them were welcoming. Not going back.

Saw on shark tank and decided to try. Delicious and the process is cool! I recommend, better than the old fashioned ice cream places. This was fresh and creamy, made right in front of us. Will be back!!!

Awesome experience! If you have never been here, you are missing out! This is the most unique ice cream place ever! You get to watch your creations come to life. I would definitely bring your friends and family to this one of a kind ice cream parlor!

I would like to be refunded because I was sold flavored water and I asked for italian ice. The older man working there doesn't even knkw how to explain after asking how does this work for a 1st timer. I left there with 2 cups of things I did not want because I wanted 1 cup with 2 flavors and even the flavors were so bad and it melted so wuick I had to throw it away.
