The Brass Tap - St. Petersburg

My partner, daughter, and I visited this restaurant for the lighting game, and it was our first time there. We absolutely loved it! The beer selection was fantastic, the burgers were excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I ordered a cocktail that I didn't enjoy, but the waitress kindly removed it from the bill. That was impressive customer service! We all agreed that we would definitely return.

Great wings, beer battered chicken strips, and many draft beers. Be prepared to spend some money if you go on Wednesday's for their trivia nights. Good environment for adults and lots of TVs for the game you prefer all around the hole building

We had the Boom Boom Shrimp and Cod Fish with Chips both which are Beer Battered. On both items there was way too much breading, this is one of those times when eating Seafood is not the healthiest choice. They do have a lot of beers on tap to suit almost anyone's taste. Overall I don't think it was a good value. I'm sure I won't eat there again but I probably would stop in for a beer sometime if I was at the mall and wanted something to drink.

Decent tap and bottle selection, but food wasn’t as impressive. Bar was almost completely dead but service was still on the slow side. Salad was off color and vegetables looked like they were left over scraps. Our tempura shrimp was way over breaded and burnt. I ate two pieces and left the rest alone. Bartender never checked in to see how the food was so at the end of the meal I mentioned it was over cooked. They just thew it out and didn’t offer to comp or remake it. Too bad because the location has potential to be a good Sunday football spot.

I had my first visit and Ben was fantastic! They have a great selection of craft beers, as well as some domestic options. The food was delicious too. I went back again, and although I didn’t catch the name of the guy who served us, we received the same excellent service and enjoyed the same tasty food. By the way, Thursday is slider special day, which is definitely my favorite!
