We planned to stay in this hotel as a one night stop on our way to the South of France. We loved it so much that we decided to stop again on our way back. The hotel is basically a gorgeous large villa with a breath-taking outdoor space and beautiful views. The facility and rooms are spotless and very convenient. It serves as a lovely escape from city life. The vegetarian breakfast is absolutely delicious, with home-made bread, brioche, various jams and honey. In the evening, while the kitchen was closed, a three-course menu was devised for us as we preferred to stay in to rest from the road trip. The food was extremely delicious and we enjoyed very good wine with it. Most of the ingredients and products are either grown at the property or are locally sourced. As our stay was during COVID-19, we appreciated the careful sanitary measures in place to protect the staff and guests, including spacing between guests and obligatory masks when moving inside the facility (except your own room or course). Finally- we cannot but mention the adorable animals on the property, including the very cuddly dog Gaia (only if you want cuddles), and the two sweet cats. A gem, can't recommend it more!
