Dairy Queen Orange Julius - St. Thomas

I visited Dairy Queen tonight with my husband, and we ordered two Blizzards. They flipped his right in front of him, but mine was not flipped at all. When they brought them out, mine was more like a liquid—I could have easily drunk it through a straw! This is definitely not the quality I expect when I come here.

I really enjoy their ice cream cakes! Making your own is definitely the best choice!

The restaurant had a long line stretching out the door that just kept growing. The staff was quick, friendly, and very professional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I’ve visited this Dairy Queen twice over the past two weeks, and on both occasions, their gift card processing machine was out of order. It's quite frustrating to have a gift card but still have to pay out of pocket, which defeats the purpose of having it. I might consider using the gift card in London, Ontario, instead. The Blizzards are generally tasty, though there are times when they aren’t mixed thoroughly enough. Additionally, I’ve had to return a few Peanut Buster Parfaits over the years because the peanuts at the bottom made the ice cream taste overly salty. I hope the St. Thomas Dairy Queen can address these issues.

Always a delight! There’s nothing quite like Dairy Queen on a hot, sunny day, and I’m thrilled to have one back in St. Thomas. You can’t go wrong with a Blizzard, especially with their new flavors. I would have given them 5 stars, but they forgot ingredients in my Blizzard on two occasions. Nevertheless, it’s always a fantastic choice when you’re craving a cold, sweet treat! If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out. The line can get a little long at times, but it moves quickly.
