Mcdonald's - St. Thomas

We had dinner at McDonald's with our kids, and it was a fantastic experience. Our food arrived quickly, was hot, and exactly as we ordered. The staff were exceptionally friendly. During our meal, one of our children accidentally spilled their chocolate milk, but the team quickly cleaned it up and remained incredibly kind the entire time. After dinner, we treated ourselves to ice cream cones, but my daughter dropped hers while trying to unwrap it. A staff member kindly replaced it for her, which truly made her night—and ours as parents! Thank you, McDonald's in St. Thomas!

I ordered a Bacon and Onion Double Quarter Pounder, and each bite was saturated with grease—if not just a little, then an overwhelming amount. The burger itself lacked flavor because the grease completely overshadowed everything else. It was far from pleasant, and all I received from the staff was an apology. I won't be ordering this again.

Just when I thought I was safe, I glanced at the bun and spotted a tiny piece of lettuce! I gasped in disbelief and struggled to catch my breath. I couldn't believe it; I shook my head, trying to process what had just happened. After being a loyal customer at this McDonald's for 30 years, this was the first time I encountered such an issue. I'm still reeling from this unfortunate experience. I don’t know what else to say—take care, everyone!

The best and freshest double cheeseburger I've had in years! The service was excellent, and the burger was incredibly fresh, just as it should be!

We waited for 20 to 30 minutes for our juice, but no one informed us that they had run out. Meanwhile, our groceries were sitting in our cart! It appeared that the three staff members on duty were all quite young and didn't seem to prioritize customer service.
