Hidden gem that doesn't deserve to be hidden! Spread the word By far the best food in St. Thomas. Different countries every weekend and an ever evolving menu. Great food designed by a chef owner that loves food. Does not disappoint even the most discerning of tastes. Excellent job Jared and team!

I have had the pleasure of working with Chef Jared twice now at my events. I run paint nights and he makes and caters a CUSTOM menu for us each time! The food is delicious, nutritious and creative. His staff is friendly and Rail City Bistro has the flexibility and homely charm of a family run business! Highly recommend....I still dream about my butter chicken and maple poached pears.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times for lunch, dinner, and takeout, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the delicious burger and fries to the port braised lamb shank (one of their rotating weekend specials), everything has been the best I've ever tasted. Even my kids (ages 2 and 12) enjoyed the food. The craft beers and wine selection are also top-notch. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We've enjoyed RCB for dinner four times now, and have never been disappointed! Food is unique and delicious and the service is friendly. We love this place!
