Contribuisci feedbackI recently had a great experience at Subway. A group of us ordered food after our business hours and unfortunately our order was overlooked. However, once the staff realized the mistake, they quickly rectified the situation and even generously compensated for it. We were able to enjoy our meal before our course started and were very impressed with their customer service.
I recommend ordering through Skip the Dishes. The restaurant is located on the ski slopes and they claim to offer delivery service. I placed my order and paid but unfortunately, they were not available to fulfill it. I tried calling them, as did Skip, but received no response. They simply ignored our order and left us waiting. Thankfully, Skip handled the situation professionally and took care of us.
I stopped to grab a bite to eat at the subway and once again, the restaurant was closed. Despite being advertised as open 24 hours, it seems to be unpredictable when it is actually open or how late it stays open. This inconsistency in business hours is frustrating and affects the flow of customers coming in and out.
For a part after work stopped. For the third time in a row, I had to stop the servers from using the same knife to cut my sub that was used so far, and to change gloves that were used to touch onions. Paprika etc.on the sub before mine. changed my...Bun, because it settled in Marinara sauce from previous order. I'm done. I won't go back
I recently stopped for lunch at Subway and had the new pepperoni pizza sub. The sub bun was dry as it has been cut previously and sauce and cheese baked on top then sat til used. The sub was really messy to eat also with...the sauce and cheese on top. Staff were friendly and person making the sub was in training and kept apologizing for taking so long but it was fine. I wouldnt order the new pizza again.
